Technical details : Acrylic "ivory". Dishwasher safe. Hand washing is recommended to extend the beauty of the knife. Blade: 2.50mm Z40C13 Perlage polished stainless steel. Cryogenic Heat Treated. Hardened to HRC57 for superior edge retention.
